So, how does it work?

I’ll ask you some questions about your manuscript. I need to know the word count, your deadline, where your words are going, and what service you need. Copyediting and proofreading are different services with different fees.

How do I send my manuscript to you?

I tend to work digitally, so you will email me a PDF or Microsoft Word copy of your manuscript. I also use InDesign.

What is your turnaround time?

Once we have agreed on a start date, I’ll let you know my turnaround time. It will depend on the word count and what I need to do.

How do you calculate the fee?

I take a look through the manuscript and also note the word count.

Is my document kept confidential?

Absolutely. Nobody apart from you and me will see your work. When the work is completed, all files are deleted.
